Since its founding in 2006, TireCheck has revolutionized tire management by replacing traditional paper-based processes with advanced digital solutions. As a pioneer in tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), the company offers comprehensive hardware and software solutions specifically tailored to the demands of commercial vehicles and rigorous operating environments.

The HOLZER Solution

TireCheck commissioned us to build four assembly lines, each engineered for the precise production of internal TPMS sensors. To optimize their production workflow, they opted to house these systems within our facilities upon completion. This ensures that our qualified personnel are on-site at all times for immediate machine maintenance and support. Given the sensitivity of these components, we established a dedicated ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protected area within one of our production halls to safeguard the sensors. Entry to this area is strictly limited to trained personnel wearing required protective gear, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

This ESD-protected environment now houses four highly specialized systems, running five days a week in a two-to-three-shift operation.
